What Past and Current Clients are Saying...
In the past I believed that one could achieve any goal through hard work, persistence and dedication, so initially I had mixed feelings about hiring a life coach. Didn't that mean I was a weak person, because I couldn't do it all
on my own? I reflected on this and realized, I spend so much of my own life helping others and I'm just so busy that I probably need help more than the average person. Hiring Kristen was a great decision because I finally admitted I was sick of failure and that there was nothing wrong with asking for help. That, in fact, we should ask for help on occasion. I wasn't planning to drop the ball on anything. I wasn't being lazy or weak. I could continue to do everything I needed to do in my life, but the key difference was that Kristen was there as my Life Coach, directing her energies toward me achieving my goals. I found that sometimes it takes a stronger person to ask for help.
Kristen reminded me throughout the day about hydration, meditation and exercise--three areas where I struggled to maintain consistency--and these are now natural parts of my daily routine. With her help, I successfully overcame a stubborn weight plateau, and I have now almost reached a 40 lb. weight loss, which is incredibly
motivating. The Vision Statement that Kristen tailored to my own goals also really helped me to stay focused. At times, I struggled with injuries and illness, but Kristen always encouraged me. It was wonderful to know that she was there to help with anything I needed, and that she was confident that I would succeed.
I would highly recommend Keys to Komfort to anyone trying to accomplish an important personal goal, particularly if you are struggling and feeling down on yourself. Allowing Kristen to help you could be one of the best gifts you give yourself. Take it from me--the person who believed you should never ask for help and really never gave herself much of anything--asking for help is a blessing, and gifting yourself help is even better. You have room to breathe, and in that space is a special Life Coach named Kristen, there to help you succeed at whatever it is you wish. ~Barb
I never in a million years would have thought that I would have a "life coach." I was wondering what exactly that person would do. Curiosity got the better of me, and I met Kristen. WOW. What a firecracker!
I have an incurable neuromuscular disease called Myasthenia Gravis, and I homeschool my son. I thought Kristen may be able to help me with time management, and how to handle days I don't feel well with my son.
Well! Not only did she do that (before we even "officially" started) but she also literally changed the course of my life. With one little tip for school, my son is thriving. I got on a more regular schedule, and learned not to freak out if I couldn't get everything on my "list" done.
I had gotten away from Bible study, worshiping God, having an attitude of praise, being a positive person.... I let
the disease and my circumstances close in on me and make me feel negative and value-less.Now, I feel so much stronger spiritually and emotionally! Not to mention more positive. Having someone to encourage you EVERY day?? Priceless. And Kristen was BORN to do this. She texts me, emails me, prays for
me, and lets me know I am important.
I was having a particularly horrible day, and I texted Kristen and just poured it all out. We "talked" for
a bit, and I felt so much better! Kristen was BORN to do this. I have never seen someone more natural, more "made" for this kind of work.
I would MORE than highly recommend hiring Kristen as your life coach. You will never be the same again! You will be inspired to be the best "you" you can be! Thank you Kristen. From the bottom of my heart. ~Kerri
Kristen Bannon has changed my life. I am a very driven, disciplined, and ambitious person. But my life got jump started like never before once I hired Kristen. She has brought more focus and clarity to my life when it comes to who I am, what my goals are, and who I want to be. She gives me more motivation and more peace than I ever have had before. Though we usually work on my daily “tasks” together, she is always willing and waiting to help me with my health, my relationships, my faith, and everything in-between. She is a true“LIFE” coach.
I suggest her for anyone that is willing to let their pride down and say that it is worth it to have an outside, objective source help to improve their life. What she has done for me, I can’t put into words. Like gaining wisdom and understand, having Kristen in my life is “worth more than silver, and more profitable than gold”.
She is a voice of reason, a voice of motivation, and a voice of “Komfort” in my life. And she is always a text, email, or phone call away. Imagine that? She is ALWAYS there for me, to help me through the good and the bad; no matter what time it is or what state I am traveling to. I plan on working with her for decades. Consider Kristen as your life coach and you will never look back. ~Dave Place

I can't begin to tell you how happy I am to have had Keys to Komfort help to get me organized! I really needed some motivation to get my housekeeping chores done each week so that I got to them all in a timely manner. It was helpful to me to have Keys to Komfort emailing and calling me to check up how I was doing with my goals and to get encouragement on the days that I couldn't quite get everything done I wanted to. The motivational mp3 and the printed material was really great to have to remind me of my goals and how much more enjoyable my house would be when it was clean. One of the greatest things about getting the help I needed, is that I live in Colorado and I think that I was able to get just as much out of Keys to Komforts help as someone who is in the same city! I recommend Keys to Komfort for anyone who would like help setting goals, receiving
encouragement and staying motivated while establishing a routine. ~Kim
This Works!
I have recently completed a month of life coaching with Kristen, working on a set of goals that will get my home back to being organized. In the midst of a 4 room remodel, I moved my office of 10 years from church to my home. I needed to get my guest room put back into shape, organize my home office, create a living space in my Florida room and replace the huge wall unit in my family room with a much smaller sized television cabinet. My home office was filled with stuff from all over the house, because of the remodel. My guest room was half finished. The new walk-in pantry which was part of the remodel was finished but not filled. The huge wall unit in the family room took up one whole wall, and was simply too big for the space, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. My Florida room was filled with remodel supplies and all of the stuff from my church office. To say my home was cluttered is a huge understatement. And the clutter was overwhelming. I could not get my brain around where to start or how to start sorting through it. Kristen To The Rescue! She helped me to organize thinking about my huge goal as a series of small goals, making the idea of getting all of this accomplished much easier to think about. One room at a time, she had me make a list of each step needed to get that room organized and completed. She then had me work each of those steps into my calendar, making appointments with myself to complete each small goal. It is a great feeling to be able to mark each goal as completed! One of the great tools that Kristen gave to me is a spoken and written affirmation that I both listen to and read every day – sometimes more than once a day. It reminds me that I have all of the tools necessary to complete my goals. For me, listening especially is both motivating and relaxing at the same time. I sit back, I close my eyes, and I let the message wash over me! I have not completed all of my goals yet, but thanks to Kristen I know that not only do I have the tools I need to finish, I am motivated to finish. It is fun to see each room come together. I didn’t do everything on the day or in the amount of time I had originally planned for. But that’s ok. I was able to make changes to my calendar and stay on task, with Kristen encouraging me along the way. Some days I didn’t get any of the planned things done, because life happened and other tasks came first. No problem. I was able to recognize that I did get important things done, even if they were not the things I had originally planned, make the necessary changes to the calendar, and get back at it. No beating myself up. No disappointment. No discouragement. I’m glad I went through this process with Kristen. Not only am I certain I will complete my original goal of getting my home back, but I have already had opportunities to use what Kristen has taught me in other areas of my life. For instance, my husband and I need to lose 100 pounds each, and get healthy. We have dieted and dieted. We have tried every program you can name. All of them work for a while, but then things slow down. And that was our downfall. What I have learned is rather than to make one huge goal, like lose 100 pounds, I can break that goal into manageable portions and gain motivation as I attain each goal. We have started a new healthy eating plan today. Our first goal: to stick with it for 2 weeks. We can do that. Our second goal: to lose 10 pounds. We can do that, too. Thank you Kristen! ~ Sandra
